Making an order

If you would like to place an order or would like something made to your own requirements please email me with your details.  If you live in the Suffolk area appointments can be made. Once an order has been placed please allow 28 days for delivery (if you require your tiara within a shorter time please contact me as I may be able to accommodate this).

By personal cheque or through pay pal

Postage /Shipping

For UK – All products are sent by Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’ and will therefore require a signature for delivery this will cost £5.  Overseas – All products are sent Royal Mail ‘International Signed For’ please contact me for pricing

Return of damaged goods

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged you will be refund the full purchase price (excluding postal services) items must be received back within 7 days of receipt.
